1/ Apply to Become a CasaCast member agent
By completing our application you will begin the process by becoming a CasaCast member. You will not be able to bid on Casts until your application is approved. Click here for more information about how to become a member.

2/ Create a User Profile
Create a User Profile that includes specific information about your contact details, real estate license number, years of experience, number of transactions, the brokerage you are affiliated with, etc. This information is anonymized when presented in your bid to protect your standard published market rates.

3/ Sit Back, Relax, and Bid
Your dashboard will populate with Casts from Home Buyers and Home Sellers in your local market. You choose which Casts to pursue by accepting, presenting a counter offer, or by rejecting Casts that don't make sense for you.

4/ Sign Agreement
If your bid is accepted, you will then be presented with a standard exclusive agency agreement that you and your prospect will electronically sign on the CasaCast platform. We will then share the prospect's contact details with you, so that you can begin the home buying and selling process. CasaCast will remain available to help ensure that the process goes smoothly with your client.
