CasaCast if free to home buyers and home sellers.

In the current traditional real estate model, the home seller typically provides a 6% commission for full-service real estate agent representation. What is not factored in is the fact that some of these services may not be needed. CasaCast allows you to Cast a potentially lower commission percentage based on the services that you require to sell your home. As an example, you may not require open houses. You can deselect this option in your Cast so that agents can bid accordingly. This could save you thousands of dollars in commission fees paid.

As a home buyer, you have the opportunity to ask for a rebate from your buyer agent. As an example, you may feel that you should pay less in commission because you already found your home online, and you only need an agent to help facilitate the offer process. The CasaCast platform allows you to negotiate the amount of commission returned to you (rebate) based on the services you require. This helps you to avoid uncomfortable conversations or miscommunication that could occur during these transactions normally.

Upon exclusive agency, you will be charged a flat platform fee of $1,000. In the event that the agency terminates without a successful real estate transaction, you will be refunded $750.

CasaCast requires all agents to apply and go through a rigorous application and screening process. Agents that consistently demonstrate positive results via user reviews, confirmed transactions, and submit themselves to a background check will have the benefit of being a CasaCast certified agents. This symbol will appear on any bid that they provide, further distinguishing them from other agents on our site.

The beauty of the CasaCast system and our close-knit team, is that we become your advocate at no charge to you. If you have any concerns or problems with your agent, please feel free to contact our customer service team and we will immediately jump in to resolve issues with that agent or provide you a means to find an alternate agent.

CasaCast does not have its own in-house agents, nor do we have any plans to do so. Our preference is to empower agents to find valuable opportunities they may not have found otherwise, and tie most of our fees on an agent’s ability to complete a transaction.

No, we are not a brokerage and we do not have in-house real estate agents. CasaCast is simply a platform that helps facilitate a relationship between real estate agents, home buyers, and home sellers.

CasaCast is based in Los Angeles, California, and we are currently serving the greater Los Angeles area. We have plans to expand within California and to other key U.S. markets within the near future.

To be fair to all bidding agents on the platform, we do not allow direct communication until after both parties signed the CasaCast agency agreement.
